º El artículo 40 del Decreto 841 del 20 de abril de 1990, quedará así: "Artículo 40. Calificación, ejecución presupuestal. Con base en la información del Banco de Proyectos de Inversión, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación divulgará a los medios de comunicación, por lo menos una vez al año, la calificación relativa a la ejecución presupuestal de los Organismos y entidades, clasificándolos según orden de eficiencia".
