Las pruebas de desarrollo motor a que se refieren los artículos precedentes serán elaboradas por el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, por encargo del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, para su distribución y aplicación por los Directores de los Centros, tanto en los de las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes, como las dependencias de los establecimientos educativos autorizados a tenerlos.
