° En el curso de la segunda quincena del mes de noviembre de cada año, los Tribunales Superiores del Distrito Judicial procederán a elegir internamente Jueces Municipales, a los estudiantes que hayan terminado estudios en el año respectivo e integren las listas pasadas por el Ministerio de Justicia.
