REQUISITOS PARA SU DESIGNACION. Los procuradores delegados para las Fuerzas Militares y para la Policía Nacional deberán reunir los requisitos señalados por la ley orgánica de la Procuraduría, General de la Nación. Si el designado fuere un oficial de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional, deberá ser general en cualquiera de sus grados su oficial de insignia.
