De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 76 de la Ley 489 de 1998 , y las demás leyes concordantes, el Gobierno Nacional reglamentará en un plazo no mayor a ciento veinte (120) días contados a partir de la aprobación de la presente ley, las funciones del Consejo Directivo y del Director de la Agencia, así como los demás aspectos relacionados con el funcionamiento y operación de la misma.
