Constituye demora en el despacho individual de los Magistrados, el no presentar en cada mes proyectos así: los de la Sala de Negocios Generales, seis; los de la Sala de Casación en lo Civil, dos; y seis los de la Sala de Casación en lo Criminal.

En estos términos queda reformado el artículo 13 de la Ley 90 de 1920 y derogado el 175 de la Ley 40 de 1907 .
