El artículo 18 del Decreto 522 de 1971 quedará así: “Artículo 18. El que desobedezca orden de autoridad u omita sin justa causa prestarle el auxilio que aquélla solicite, incurrirá en arresto de uno (1) a noventa (90) días. Quien omita sin justa causa prestar ayuda a persona que pida auxilio, incurrirá en multa de uno (1) a cinco (5) salarios mínimos mensuales”.
