Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional solo podrán ser llamados a calificar servicios o retirados por voluntad del Gobierno o de la Dirección General, según el caso, después de haber cumplido quince (15) años o más de servicio, salvo llamamientos especiales al servicio activo.
