Art. 69. Cuando el Suplente que debe ser llamado no estuviere en la cabecera del Distrito Judicial se le llamará sin embargo, é ínterin se presenta y toma posesión, se llamará al Suplente que se halle en dicha cabecera ó en el lugar más próximo á ella, sin atender al orden numérico, el cual no obstante, se observará respecto, de los suplentes que se hallen en iguales condiciones de proximidad.
