Las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora, las programadoras de televisión y los cinematógrafos sólo podrán transmitir propaganda de bebidas alcohólicas, cigarrillos y tabaco en los horarios y con la intensidad que determine el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, previo concepto de su Comité Técnico Asesor. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones velará por el cumplimiento de esta disposición.
