Las mercancías en tránsito gozarán de completa franquicia para su reexportación con sujeción a las normas internacionales que rigen la materia. Igualmente, las mercancías que se hubieren introducido para almacenaje, podrán reinternarse libremente al país sin el cumplimiento de los requisitos del artículo 8° del presente Decreto, siempre que no hubieren sufrido ningún proceso de transformación.
