º Una vez emitidos los títulos a que se refiere este Decreto, la Tesorería General de la República hará entrega formal de ellos al Banco de la República en los términos y condiciones que señale el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección General de Crédito Público- y aquél procederá a colocarlos de conformidad con las disposiciones de este Decreto y las estipulaciones del contrato de administración fiduciaria, garantía y edición.
