Los gastos de sepelio de los pensionados de que trata la presente Ley, serán sufragados o reembolsados, hasta el monto de dos mensualidades de la pensión, por la última de las entidades de derecho público a que hubieren prestado sus servicios o por la correspondiente Caja u organización de Previsión Social.
