º. Envios de correspondencia y otros objetos postales . Se entiende por envíos de correspondencia y otros objetos postales, las cartas, las tarjetas postales, los aerogramas, las facturas, los extractos de cuentas, los recibos de toda clase, los impresos, los periódicos, los envíos publicitarios, cecogramas, las muestras de mercaderías, los pequeños paquetes, y los demás objetos que cursen por las redes postales del servicio de correos y del servicio de mensajería especializada, hasta dos (2) kilogramos de peso.
