Responsabilidad Especial de los Representantes Legales . Los servidores indicados en el artículo precedente serán especialmente responsables por la veracidad de la información que suministren a la dependencia de Planeación respectiva, en lo relativo a las obligaciones contingentes previstas en los contratos que vayan a celebrar y a la Dirección General de Crédito Público del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público conforme al artículo 49 del presente decreto.
