Interrupción de prescripción . Siempre que el fallo que corresponda dictar con ocasión de una investigación por accidentes o siniestro marítimo influya necesariamente en la decisión de un proceso civil o administrativo, se considerará interrumpida la prescripción de la acción civil o administrativa desde la fecha del auto por medio del cual se declara abierta la investigación, siempre que la parte interesada en la interrupción de la prescripción se haya hecho parte en la respectiva investigación.
