Los empleados y obreros de obras que se ejecutan por cuenta de entidades públicas mediante contrato de administración delegada, son trabajadores oficiales y por consiguiente están sometidos en sus relaciones laborales a las disposiciones que rigen para los trabajadores oficiales.
