Cómo se decreta la acumulación La acumulación será decretada por el Jefe de la dependencia investigadora, de oficio o a petición del investigado a su abogado, o del abogado investigador, antes de haberse proferido auto de evalución de la investigación siempre y cuando la economía procesal así lo demande. Contra el auto que decrete o niegue la acumulación no procede recurso alguno. Decretada la acumulación las investigaciones continuarán tramitándose conjuntamente y se evaluará en un sólo auto, suspendiéndose la más adelantada, hasta que las otras se encuentren en el mismo estado.
