Las palabras sección fiduciaria significan una sección de un establecimiento bancario que hace el negocio de tomar, aceptar y desempeñar encargos de confianza que le sean legalmente encomendados.

Para los efectos de esta Ley, se entiende por fideicomiso todo encargo de confianza de los en ella expresados, y por fideicomisario el individuo o entidad a quien se encomienda tal encargo.
