Definiciones. Para efectos de la interpretación y aplicación de la presente subsección, se tendrán en cuenta las siguientes definiciones: Infraestructura Existente: Infraestructura que, al momento de presentarse a la convocatoria o al mecanismo de asignación que haga sus veces, ha prestado servicios de almacenamiento comercial, operativo o estratégico de petróleo, sus derivados y sus mezclas con biocombustibles. Infraestructura Existente con Necesidad de Obra: Infraestructura Existente que, al momento de presentarse a la convocatoria o al mecanismo de asignación que haga sus veces, requiere ampliaciones o adecuaciones para cumplir con las condiciones establecidas en el mecanismo. Infraestructura Nueva: Infraestructura de almacenamiento estratégico que no ha iniciado la etapa de construcción al momento de presentarse a la convocatoria o mecanismo de asignación que haga sus veces.
