Artículo vigesimotercero. Quienes sin llenar los requisitos establecidos por la Ley 53 de 1975 y este Decreto, ejerzan la profesión de químico en el país, quedarán bajo el régimen de sanciones que la ley ordinaria fije para los casos de ejercicio ilegal de las profesiones. Igual disposición regirá para las entidades o empresas de cualquier índole, públicas o privadas, nacionales o extranjeras que empleen personas en el ejercicio ilegal de la profesión de químico.
