° Créase en el Municipio de Gachalá (Cundinamarca), una Junta compuesta por el Presidente del Concejo, el Alcalde y el Personero Municipales, y por dos personas honorables, vecinas de dicho Municipio, designadas, una por el Ministró de Obras Públicas, y otra por el Gobernador del Departamento de Cundinamarca, encargada de la inversión del auxilio decretado a favor del expresado Municipio, por el artículo 9º de la Ley 94 de 1939, para la reparación da los daños causados por el incendio ocurrido el día 5 de diciembre del mismo año.
