Expirado El Término De Que Trata El Precedente Artículo, Sin Que Se Haya Efectuado El Reintegro A Que Alude El Tercero, El Tesorero General De La República Dará Cuenta Del Hecho A La Autoridad Competente A Fin De Que Ésta Aplique La Sanción Respectiva

º Expirado el término de que trata el precedente artículo, sin que se haya efectuado el reintegro a que alude el tercero, el Tesorero General de la República dará cuenta del hecho a la autoridad competente a fin de que ésta aplique la sanción respectiva.

Parágrafo

De igual manera se habrá de proceder con los individuos que no hayan cumplido los compromisos respecto de anticipaciones dadas por la Tesorería General de la República en virtud de la Ley 36 de 1918. Comuníquese y publíquese.
