El Director General del Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, mediante resolución, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente decreto y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura, los planes, los programas y las necesidades del servicio del Fondo.
