ARTICULO 129 . CLASIFICACION DE OFICIALES. Los Oficiales del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional, según sus funciones tienen las siguiente clasificación

Oficiales de seguridad.

Oficiales logísticos.

Oficiales para tratamiento penitenciario.
