ARTICULO 2.1.2.8.- CERTIFICACION DE LA INSCRIPCION. La Superintendencia de Valores deberá certificar acerca de la inscripción de un intermediario o documento, por solicitud de cualquier persona. Las certificaciones que expida la Superintendencia de Valores serán autorizadas por el secretario de la misma o por el funcionario competente y causarán los derechos que fije la Sala General con la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.
