Cuando el Gobierno llame al servicio activo a soldados reservistas casados, o viudos con hijos, pagara a dichos soldados una prima mensual de treinta pesos ($ 30), durante el tiempo que permanezcan en actividad.

Parágrafo

Para gozar de la prima anterior, el interesado debe comprobar su calidad de casado o la existencia de sus hijos.
