Destinación de fondos. A ninguna parte de los fondos o bienes administrados por la Empresa se les podrá dar destinación distinta a la del cumplimiento de las funciones señaladas a la Empresa por el Decreto 2420 de 1968, artículo 52, y los presentes Estatutos.
