Los dueños o encargados de establecimientos que funcionen en la capital y que estén exceptuados por el artículo 1º, deben solicitar al Ministerio de Industrias la autorización para que el personal pueda trabajar el día domingo. El Decreto reglamentario indicara la autoridad ante quien deberá hacerse esa solicitud fuera de la capital de la República. En todo caso deberá oírse el concepto de los obreros o trabajadores interesados. El permiso que se conceda a un establecimiento se entenderá acordado a los del mismo género.
