Pluralidad de mandatarios Circular externa En caso de que se designen varios apoderados, cada uno podrá ejercer sus funciones de manera individual, salvo que en el mandato se establezca expresamente que deben actuar de forma conjunta. Para efectos de los procesos judiciales, se aclara que únicamente podrá intervenir un apoderado judicial por cada parte procesal, conforme a las disposiciones del Código General del Proceso.
