Llamamiento a calificar servicios. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional solo podrán ser retiralos por llamamiento a calificar servicios o por voluntad del Gobierno o de la Dirección General, según el caso, después de haber cumplido quince (15) años o más de servicio, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 100 de este estatuto.
