º La letra e) del artículo 2º del Decreto 841 del 20 de abril de 1990, quedará así: "e) Excepcionalmente se podrán registrar como proyectos de inversión partidas destinadas al pago de garantías otorgadas por la Nación, en relación con créditos concedidos a terceros, que se hayan hecho efectivas, siempre y cuando dichos créditos se hayan perfeccionamiento con anterioridad al 31 de diciembre de 1993".
