°. Acta de compromiso. Una vez comparezcan los padres o las personas responsables del cuidado, dentro del término establecido en el artículo tercero el Defensor de Familia, Comisario de Familia, o Inspector de Policía, les informará las responsabilidades y obligaciones que tienen con sus hijos para prevenir la comisión de infracciones a la ley penal y su reincidencia, y se firmará un acta de compromiso sobre las mismas.
