En las escuelas públicas urbanas y en las oficinas que el Gobierno determine se harán observaciones meteorológicas y de ellas se dará cuenta cada diez días al Observatorio Astronómico Nacional, para lo cual gozarán de franquicia postal y telegráfica los Maestros y Jefes de las oficinas respectivas.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno proveerá a las oficinas y escuelas de que se trata, de los instrumentos registradores necesarios.
