AUTONOMIA DE LAS INSTITUCIONES PRESTADORAS DE SALUD. Cuando una Institución Prestadora de Servicios de Salud sea de propiedad de una Entidad Promotora de Salud, la primera tendrá autonomía técnica, financiera y administrativa dentro de un régimen de delegación o vinculación que garantice un servicio más eficiente. Tal autonomía se establecerá de una manera gradual y progresiva, en los términos en que lo establezca el reglamento.
