LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo quince. La acción de nulidad establecida en el artículo precedente es publica, y por consiguiente, podrá adelantarla cualquier persona natural o jurídica, lo mismo que cualquier entidad de derecho público o funcionario oficial.
