Art. 104. Es un deber de los estanquilleros mantener los tabacos en almacenes seguros i tomar todas las precauciones necesarias para que no se humedezcan, resequen o dañen i en caso que por su culpa o descuido se inutilice el jénero, serán responsables de su valor al precio de venta.
