La mercancía extranjera nacionalizada en el Archipiélago de San Andrés y Providencia pagara, al ser internada por las otras Aduanas de la República, la diferencia entre los derechos de importación que le corresponda según la tarifa y lo que hubiere pagado por impuesto de introducción en el Archipiélago.
