Asignación de competencias. A partir del 30 de junio de 2015, las competencias asignadas al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo en relación con la función pensional, que incluye el reconocimiento y administración de la nómina de pensionados de la Corporación Financiera del Transporte S. A., serán asumidas por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP). (Decreto número 1299 de 2015, artículo 1°)
