Artículo único. Los sueldos señalados por la ley al Director de Instruccion pública del Estado de Santander y á los Escribientes de la oficina, se le abonarán al Gobierno del referido Estado, por cuanto el Secretario, de Instruccion pública desempeña allí las funciones de Director y Superintendente; y del Tesoro del Estado se pagarán dichos sueldos.
