ARTICULO 10

Nombramiento y admisión de los jefes de oficina consular.

Los jefes de oficina consular serán nombrados por el Estado que envía y serán admitidos al ejercicio de sus funciones por el Estado receptor.

Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones de la presente Convención, los procedimientos de nombramiento y admisión del jefe de oficina consular, serán determinados por las leyes, reglamentos y prácticas del Estado que envía y del Estado receptor, respectivamente.
