° Por razón de economía y atendiendo a que un solo individuo puede desempeñar las funciones de Habilitado Inspector de las obras para los Institutos Pedagógicos Nacionales, el señor Rafael Ruiz S. tendrá en lo sucesivo estas funciones. Queda en estos términos reformado el inciso segundo del artículo primero del Decreto número 1659 de 1920.
