°. Objeto y ámbito de aplicación. El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer las reglas para la cancelación por una única vez de la multiafiliación en el Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales, y sus disposiciones se aplicarán a todos los aportantes al Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales y a las Administradoras de Riesgos Profesionales -ARP-.

Parágrafo

Para efectos del presente decreto se entiende por aportante, la persona o entidad que tiene la obligación directa frente a la entidad administradora de cumplir con el pago de los aportes correspondientes al Sistema para uno o más afiliados al mismo.
