Diploma. El diploma que acredita el otorgamiento de la Medalla Militar “Cruz de plata en Operaciones Especiales” lleva en su parte superior central la réplica de la medalla, estará firmado por el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares y el Comandante del Comando Conjunto de Operaciones Especiales, será elaborado en papel pergamino blanco o cartulina de 40 cm de largo por 30 cm de ancho, con la siguiente leyenda:

Artículo 2.3.1.3.6.8.7. Diploma. El diploma que acredita el otorgamiento de la Medalla Militar “Cruz de Plata en Operaciones Especiales”, llevará las firmas del Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares y del Comandante del Comando Conjunto de Operaciones Especiales, con la siguiente leyenda:
