No se podrá inhumar el cadáver de los nacidos muertos sin la obtención previa sin la licencia de inhumación. Antes de extender esta, el funcionario respectivo solicitara del interesado los datos necesarios para rendir la información estadística que para el efecto haya prescrito el Contralor General de la Republica.
