" Art. 1° . Dos meses después de expedido el presente Decreto, cesarán las Legaciones de primera clase que funcionan en Caracas y Wáshington. La primera quedará adscrita á la establecida en el Ecuador, y la segunda será desempeñada por un Secretario Encargado de Negocios. "Art. 2.° En el mismo plazo cesarán las Secretarías remuneradas de las Legaciones en España, Francia, Roma y el Ecuador, que podrán ser servidas por funcionarios ad honorem. Comuníquese y publíquese.
