Artículo primero. Autorizase a las instituciones bancarias para construir casaos hasta de $ 30.000 cada una, destinadas a venderlas a sus empleados, otorgándoles hasta 15 años de plazo para su pago por el sistema de amortización gradual, y siempre que cada empleado la destine a su propia vivienda.
