Las apropiaciones hechas en el Presupuesto Nacional de la vigencia fiscal de 1960, en el Capítulo 397, artículo número 4427, ordinal 1 a 12, inclusive, destinadas a construcciones escolares -Departamento de Cundinamarca-, serán giradas directamente por el Ministerio respectivo, previo el lleno de las formalidades legales, a los Tesoreros de los Municipios indicados en el mencionado artículo y ordinales, a fin de que la ejecución de las obras señaladas sea hecha por el respectivo Municipio.
