º. Precios máximos de las viviendas subsidiables. Los precios o valores máximos de las soluciones de vivienda a las cuales puede aplicarse el subsidio familiar de vivienda serán los establecidos en la Ley 9º de 1989, es decir, cien salarios mínimos legales mensuales (100 s.m.m.) para municipios con población igual o inferior a cien mil habitantes (100.000); ciento veinte salarios mínimos legales mensuales (120 s.m.m.), para municipios con población superior a cien mil (100.000) e inferior a quinientos mil (500.000) habitantes; y ciento treinta y cinco salarios mínimos legales mensuales (135 s.m.m.) para municipios con población superior a quinientos mil (500.000) habitantes.
