°. Diploma . Cada medalla va acompañada de un diploma credencial correspondiente a la medalla. Deben ser elaborados en papel pergamino o cartulina blanca, de las siguientes dimensiones; treinta y cinco centímetros de largo por veinticinco de ancho, con el dibujo del adverso de la medalla en la parte superior izquierda y el reverso en la parte superior derecha, con la siguiente leyenda:
